calculation first response by

Hi

I use Solman 7.1. I want to set up sla-escalation.

But when I test it, the following error occurs:

The availability and response schemas were founded. But "first response by" and "to do by"-times were not calculated.

For these times the system time is set whithout any calculations.

How can I resolve this issue?

Probably you don't maintained response times for incident priority.
