Hi Sarosh,

You can set the log level in sybase control center (server>settings>log level for each component as per the requirement)

It is not advisable to keep log level to upper limit in production since it will reduce the performance of app.

For more understanding check this:

Hi sarosh bilal

Are you developing hybrid app or native app? which version of SUP, SMP2.3 or earlier version (Logs will be different from SMP 2.3 onward)?

if it is hybrid app, check this log location - sybase/unwiredplatform/server/unwiredserver/log/workflowclient/ search with the username, you can track the logs for the particular user and his transaction.

Which domain you have deployed your app? default or some new domain?

Domains>default(for e.g.)>Log>Settings

Create/update Domain log profile

(as i told you already for testing purpose you can do this but for prodcution it is not recommended)

and then try.

You have to analyze the logs and i feel there may not be a direct method which tells you the inputs details for unsuccessful transaction.
