500 SAP Internal Server Error

hello there

what can be wrong if web address works fine from internal network, but when i use the same from external network then the initial screen shows Welcome screen, but after login I got:

500 SAP Internal Server Error

ERROR: Web Dynpro application does not exist (termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)

NW administration window, which also is on 8000 works fine, no error messages.

On firewall level I've opened 8000 port, do i have to open another port, or check smth?
