Role Selection Filters

Hello,

Is anyone aware of a way to save filters and default values on the role selection screen?

We would like the following filters to automatically come up when the users goes to add a role:

Role Type: Business

Business Process

Sub Process

Not what is currently standard

For your above question please follow below path and you can configure the default values and optiona/mandatory field for Role search in Access Request.

SPRO-->Access Control-->User Provisioning-->Configure Attributes for Role Search Criteria in Access Requests.

It doesn't look like I have this option through the path above. We are on SP13.

My bad .I gave you the settings which came in new GRC AC 10.1 system.But it seems in earlier version there is no option SAP has provided.

Still you can cross check with SAP on this.
