Hi,
How to trigger two or three different smart-forms (which are triggered using different PPF actions) on to the same spool?
Suppose I have two ppf actions
1. triggers X smartform.
2 triggers Y smartform.
one after the other. Now the requirement is get the both into one spool. I know we can do by open-spool and close-spool. But I'm not looking for this solution.
Is there any specific configuraation with PPFs?
Thanks,
Sandhya
If anyone finds a solution (to trigger 2 smartforms one after another in single pool) kindly let me know...
Thanks in advance,
Sathish

I am not sure about configuration anything such available for this. but, I would suggest you to build Single PPF Action calling a FM/Program and Call your both Smart forms one after the other. This should work as expected.
I hope, you already aware of this solution. I felt that is the best solution than some configuration.

Why do you want to have two PPF actions?
You can handle both smartforms in one PPF action.
If you have the case that only on some conditions you need both smartforms and in other conditions you only need one smartform you can implement it with 3 PPF actions:
-one PPF for both smartforms
-one PPF with first smartform
-one PPF with second smartform
To technical print two smartforms in one spool you just need to reuse the spool id from the first smartform as input for the second smartform call.

Hi ,
I have used this functionality in EWM.
If you need to trigger multiple forms via same PPF then,
1) create new condition table (if required)
2) create a new access sequence with new table
3) Create a new Condition types
4) Assign multiple condition types to same Procedure
