Managed System Configuration - Check Config Step warning "no log files from managed system"

The last steps completes with Warning - "No log files are available from managed System"

The Extractor is showing error "NONE: The read XML document had an invalid format." I am not sure if this is related.

I am running with latest versions of agents.

Can anyone please help.

Issue is still there.

I am also seeing the following in SLG1

"Failed to get GenStore value from key : AGS_USER_MS_WILYAGT/MANAGED.ABAP.WILYAGT cause: AGS_USER_M_S_WILYAGT/CLIENT=;SYSTEM_ID=SDP; SYSTEM_T Item does not exist"

Any more clues?

Hi Tariq,

what is the sp level of your solman? Please check ST 710 and LM-Service.

please try steps below for SDP system in solman.

      - start transaction solman_setup_admin

      - click on Generic Storage Tab

      - select Configuration ID: RCA_SETUP-RCA_SETUP

      - select Generic Storage Entries: RCA_SETUP

         Extra_key: SYSTEM_ID = SDP; SYSTEM_TYPE = JAVA

      - add new Entry with:

           *) Parameter name = USER_AUTO_ACT

           *) Parameter value =  (sapce) (should be only one space)

      - save configuration

Thanks for your suggestion. This has not resolved the issue.

Versions are:

Solman 7.02/0051

ST 710 / (0008)

LM-SERVICE 7.10 (SP8)

Can you please confirm the Parameter Value sapcpe in brackets with the space after? As shown in the screenshot.

Any other suggestions?

sorry for late reply since I was sick for the last week. Well, I think there is a typing error as you already

noticed.

if this doesn't help, you may revert this change first. Also, what is the exact lm-service version in

your solman system?

Thanks for your reply, I made the change as below, but has not resolved the issue. I have reverted the change now.

LM-Service is 7.02 SP12 (1000.7.02.12.0.20120823071124)

Any further suggestions?

to check the exact version of your lm-service, it should look like

LM-SERVICE

7.10 SP8 (1000.7.10.8.0.20130129161000)

could you please check if all pathes in step 'Enter Landscape Parameters' are all correct?

then please go to landscape browser and check the LMDB cache, please use the reload button to refresh the system SDP in LMDB cache. then try the step again.

I have tried the Reload TS both with and without 'With Destinations" option. This does not resolve
