Business Process Engine monitor is red in RWB

Hello,

In the Runtime Workbench-> Component Monitoring   ->    Business Process Engine  of SAP PI 7.0 the monitor is red.

The status of the BPM monitor is:

Result of Self-Test

    Maintain Prefix Numbers   GREEN

    Check Number Ranges   ... GREEN

    Check Entries from HR Control Tables   ... GREEN

    Activate Use of XML Object Types   ... GREEN

    Configure RFC Destination   ... GREEN

    Maintain Workflow System Administrator   ... GREEN

    Maintain Active Plan Version   ... GREEN

    Maintain Time Units   ... GREEN

    Schedule Background Job for Missed Deadlines   ... GREEN

    Schedule Background Job for Work Items with Errors   ... GREEN

    Schedule Background Job for Event Queue  RED

    Schedule background job for clearing report   ... GREEN

    Set Up Workflow Runtime   ... Details 

I press details in Schedule Background Job for Event Queue and appears:

Details for Schedule Background Job for Event Queue

Background job for event queue = Not scheduled

Do you know which background job is missing?

I already cheched the swf_xi_customizing and it is all green.

Hi Nathan - Cna you check if the job SWEQSRV Is scheduled

Hi,

This job is automatically scheduled by transaction SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING.

In this trasaction is all green.

This is an optional periodical task for the BPE. The frequency can be changed by using transaction SWEQADM.

In this transaction the Queue switch was off. I activated it. The background job is scheduled every 1 minute and it is green, but in RWB the monitor is still showing Background job for event queue = Not scheduled

Did you try repeating the self-test option?
