Rebate payment with different currency

Hi all

I have set up and accrued my rebate for my local currency. I would now like to make final payment, but using a different currency. How would i go about doing this?

What would the process be? To create the payment and change the currency in the credit memo request?

Hi

You can always make payment in non local currency. The system maintains exchange rates in OBB8 T.code. Based on the exchange rates you maintain in your system, the system automaticaly converts your currency requirements.You will be making payments based on the current prevailing rates of exchange.

For Ex:Rebate Accrued--10 USD

Payment to be made in INR.

Exchange rates are maintained in system.

when an accounting doc is raised for payment system wil let u know how much you are going to pay.
