Error for onlinelogin with SUP

When I try to login from android application i get error: Synchronization failed due to an error on server:[-10368].

So for this i checked  server logs.

These are as follows:

2014-01-13 16:55:31.924 ERROR Mobilink Thread-402 [com.sybase.ml.sup.Logger]The remote database identified by remote ID 'ca80bbc0-78a8-11e3-8000-ff1b532bdfae' is already synchronizing or the database connection is unusable: unable to access the lock for that remote ID

Hi Abhijeet,

Error -10368 is because MobiLink server was not able to complete the client request.

can you please share the sync profile code.
