solman 7.1 "NO USER BELOW CUSTOMER NUMBER"

Dear All,

I'm using the program AI_SDK_SP_GENERATE_BP_V2.

However I receive an error whil trying to create Business Partner and entries in AISUSER.

The message I receive is

No user below customer number

Message no. AI_SDK_SP_MSG090

Any hint on how I can overcome the problem?

The RFC with the customer number of the client is populated and it works.

Please let me know.

Hi

For the customer number you are entering while running the report , are there user ID's maintained in AISUSER  for that ..

Can you please check that in AISUSER transaction

Hello Rishi,

It's the very firstthing I checked. If the user running the report has the correct combination for customer number and S-USER too.

Any other hint I did not consider?

Hello, I Have found the root of the problem.

It was the wrong  customer number defined in V_AISAPCUSTNOS.

One I have set the right number and built the RFC accordingly the customer name has been set in the table and after the report finishied without any problem
