Hi experts,
in solman technical monitoring we have activated a availability check for our database Sybase ASE on a lot of managed systems.
And the check seems to work fine.
However, sometimes I get an false alert which is not correct.
The alert says, that the database is not available for one minute and in the alert I get the text "The state of the database cannot be determined."
Does someone know what it means and how I can solve this problem?
