Hi experts,
I have solution manager 7.1 sp10 system. I configured job monitoring to my erp system but its did not work properly. i have a job running everyday and canceled but job monitoring did not see this job. when i create manually some dummy job, monitoring can see this job and alert me. i put dummy job and alert job in same scenario.
Can you help me to solve this problem ? i doubt job jobs executing server but my dummy job and alert job executing same server and same dialog. there is picture of my jobs details in job monitoring setup.
Hi,
seems this is the known issue for SP10, please check 1909902 - Job Mon: Prerequisities for SP10
Thanks

Hi,
Did you create the dummy job for the same ERP system?
Can you please check if you can see any log in SLG1.
Can you also check if the Pull extractor is running properly...
