Add several images at once

Is it possible to add several images from the disc at once? It would be a great help

Yes....

You can use the drag and drop facility....

Just select the images at once and drag from your drive to here....

That's a pretty cool trick, I have to admit.  The images also get reduced in size automatically this way.

The one side effect I'd watch out for is "missing image" errors: take notice if any members cannot see the images you insert this way.  This would be the result of a faulty permission setting being assigned to uploaded images.

You are right Jason, I have faced the "missing image" error doing this. We will be able to notice this only when we publish the blog. So I stopped using this trick.

But every time I had done the way...

I haven't faced any error on my any blog or discussion.

Just 1 hour ago, I have written a blog in ABAP development forum.

I have used this way to insert image...

Just for note: You have to give a little time to load these images in background.

In discussion/blog/document, you will get a pop-up

So just wait for a time. Then continue.

That and use smaller images: larger images will take more time to upload and process. 

Again, this method is not support and the correct method is to use the insert image utility on the toolbar.

I have seen this pop ups, but some times works (not every time). If I have uploaded some 5 images in this way, one or two disappears from blog. I have tried this is different browsers too. Nothing works.

Hi - You can insert only one image each time. (One by one.)

Keep in mind that there's a 20 image limit and their combined size cannot exceed 1 MB.
