SAProuter - Invalid password (PIN)

Hi All,

I'm trying to set up connection from Solution Manager to SAP back-end system through SAProuter.

But every time when I log on from transaction OSS1 in the SAProuter dev_rout log I'm getting error message:

*** ERROR => SncPEstablishContext() failed for target='p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE' [sncxxall.c 3386]

*** ERROR => SncPEstablishContext()==SNCERR_GSSAPI  [sncxxall.c 3352]

      GSS-API(maj): Miscellaneous failure

      GSS-API(min): Invalid password (PIN)

    Unable to establish the security context

    target="p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"

I tried everything: requesting new certificate, running the certificate request procedure and sapgenpse seclogin as a user on which SAProuter service works but nothing helps. Currently I'm out of ideas why I'm getting this error message.

Any help highly appreciated.

Best regards

Hello Lukasz,

on your log I can read "GSS-API(min): Invalid password (PIN)", I don't installs a saprouter since far away but I remember that when the installation of saprotuer ask me for password i don't use any, just continue with enter I let password empty and continue with the installation.

Can you try to re-configure SNC without selecting any PIN ?

Regards,

Luis
