Issues with User Status Profile for AO & RU

I have created the user status profile for AO and RU as follows:

Status 1: Create/ Assign SubObject is Forbidden

Status 2: All allowed

When Status 1 is active, system does not allow me to assign any Usage object in AO. It does not allow me to create Rental Space under Pooled Space.

This is as per expectation.

When Status 2 is active, even then system does not allow me to assign any Usage object in AO. It does not allow me to create Rental Space under Pooled Space.

This is not as expected.

Also I can see, there are two sub activities: Assign SubObject and Assign subObject. Not sure what is the difference?

Can you put screen shot of your user status profile ?

by the way are you using standard profile?
