Hi Amith,

This is the configuration for Resource Related Billing (ODP1)

In SD, we have a fixed Billing, but in CS we have to bill customer based on the Time and Material

For example, customer has complained a repair of Equipment. As part of CS you have to create Service order with list of Tasks and Planned components for repair

So in this configuration , you will have planed cost for which a quotation is created using DP80, upon acceptance of quotation you will perform the repair and bill the customer on actuals using DP90

To generate DP80 and DP90 from Service order, This ODP1 configuration is required.

This configuration is also used in SAP Project system with difference scenarios.

I guess DP91 and DP81 are used for SAP PS
