FF issue in GRC 10 SP14

Hi All,

We are facing a peculiar issue in FF.

1) we are not getting a FF log summary report completely. Reason code description and activity descriptions are empty

2) Session details are empty in FF summary report but they are updated in transaction log and session details report.

3) FF IDs after November are not updating

We have gone though number of blogs and SAP suggested notes, but those are not compatible to our systems as we are in higher level.

We have earlier Time Zone sync issue. But even after correcting that no success. And even we have provided additonal authorisaiton to RFC user as suggested in some blogs. But not get the result.

In November stack upgrade happened to our GRC system.

Kindly suggest, as we unable to get master note for GRC 10 SP14 as it seems not released.

Hi Sankar,

The master note for SP14 - 1878025 is not yet available. Hopefully it will be available very soon. Further, did you check the SAP note 1957677 - Reason code description and activity description missing?

You are right.. there are very few notes available for SP14. SAP Support would be the appropriate team to resolve the issues at this moment

Hi Raghu,

First of all a very big thank you for your suggestions for which i am looking for.

I generally read your comments for different kind of issues.

I will surely check and update this question if it works for the first issue.

Could you please suggest the notes for all remaining 2 issues.

These are working for two connectors (Systems) but not for 2 other systems in our 4 system landscape.

3) FF IDs after November are not updating

I am desperately waiting for the reply.

Hi Sankar,

I don't see any relevant notes for #2 and #3. However, did you check SLG1? Do you see any errors there?

If you RFC has user id maintained ..

ensure the user has S_TOOLS_EX auth object assigned in the target system.

Hi Marco,

Yes this issue is resolved for us.

We have done lot many things what ever mention in SCN forum which helped a lot as always in resolving SAP issues.

However we have resolved the issue with the below ..

SAP note 2000009 implemented :

We even did the below steps as well to resolve but the issue was closed by the above note.

Need to create the index : Create the indexes with the fields MANDT , UDATE , UTIME and USERNAME on the table CDHDR.

Do the post steps after index creation as per the note : 1039144
