Technical Monitoring - Alert Client Changeability

Hi experts,

I would like to create an alert, for client changeability.

I did use the following guide for the configuration of an alert.

But I don't know, is it also possible to create this alert only for one client which I can set into the alert.

I don't want to create the root cause for each system - I would like to enter the client directly into the check, is this also possible?

Hi,

As of my understanding, your requirement is not possible by standard settings, moreover monitoring template is not client specific.

check Monitoring and Alerting related FAQ - Technical Operations - SCN Wiki question no 5.
