I want to know that how to deactivates the SAP Support function &SAP_EDIT so that I can make sure for a well trained SAP support experts to give a fast and efficient solution for customers.

I think you are talking about the SE16N, in which one can deactivate &SAP_EDIT then you can go here for the solution:
