Error while opening ESR and ID in SAP PI 7.3.1

Hello Experts,

I am working on single stack SAP PI 7.3.1 while i am opening the ESR and ID it is showing the following errors.

these two are the pop up boxes appears when i am trying to open the Enterprise service repository and Integration directory of the integration builder but remaining SLD,Service registry,UI,Netwaver administration are opening.

And i am also not be able to connect to the server using Putty. Please help me in solving the problem.

Hi Team,

It was internal firewall issue internally some ports have been blocked so i was getting the error i worked with the IT team and replaced the public IP with private IP and it is working fine now and it also may occurs sometimes when there is problem with the router and may be there are other reasons also.

I am facing exactly the same issue with firefox as well as with internet explorer.

Dear Avinash,

have you configured any proxies in the java system settings?

If yes, please try to disable them, i.e. use direct connections in Java.

This solved similar problems at one of my customers.

Hi ,

I had faced same issue couple of days back .Check the below .

In ie-->tools/internet options/connections/LAN settings/advance tab/provide hostnames

Make sure you maintained host file entries.

control panel -->java -->open-->n/w settings-->select use browser settings.

clear java cache (run/javaws)

If required regenerate the certificates in Administator tab.
