Afaria 7 having issues connecting via https?

Former Member

I keep getting hitting this page:

Service

Endpoint not found

I was trying to enroll iOS devices. Here are the steps I took:

1. Created a self-signed certificate on IIS 7

2. Created an https binding on default port 443 with self-signed SSL certificate on Default Website

3. Could access Afaria Admin Console using https

4. Created iOS enrollment policy. Created Application policy

5. Opened ports 2195 and 2196 in order to access APNS and Feedback servers from Apple

7. Attempted to enroll iPhone 5C

8. Got to "Install Afaria Client" screen. Could not enroll device.

9. Suddenly, cannot access https://<serverIP>/Afaria or any https site my server's website

10. Error message: "Service. Endpoint not found"

11. Checked IIS 7 configurations, SSL Settings not Required

12. Removed bindings and re-added. same issue

13. Reinstalled Afaria API and Admin. same issue

14. Restarted Windows Server. same issue

No errors reported on Afaria Server log except for SMS-Gateway, which has not yet been installed.

No errors found in IIS websvc log regarding 443

Any thoughts on what may be the issue?

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

Check following :

1. Added SSL certficate should be browse for port 443 and as a part of installation of IPHONESERVER Setup.

2. Once completed check for the setting on console for Device communication and enrollment server

3. Required Microsoft CA server for IOS need to install and configured on Afaria console in Certificate authority.

4. Required Apple APNS , ROOT , WCCA certificate.

5. Need to configured Apple outbound notification.

6. Port 443 and 80 should be open from server ( if relay server it should be open from relay server).

7. Make sure no port conflict configured on console
