Stock is showing zero?

Dear Team,

I just joined SAP SCN.

I have query when I enter any material(t-ata01,t-ata02,etc) in sales order with large quantity then availability check scope screen is not popping out in IDES.

To elaborate more I have 1000 stock of material t-ata01 in plant 1000 in Dec 2013 out of which 200 are planned orders and still 800 is remaining stock.

Now month has changed (Jan 2014) and I am making SO of 1010 quantities so instead of showing Availability check screen system is automatically accepting all quantity and not confirming any quantity.

Further only backward scheduling is performed not forward.

Please tell me solution.Before few months I faced the same problem but I only know second step i.e mmpi(t-code) and I forgot first step now.

Kindly help me.

Hi,

Try with T-code: OVZ9 (Availability Check control)

Put check mark against "Check with out RLT" in Replenishment Lead time section.

Save it and create sales order with excess quantity.

For your Sales organization, distribution channel and division Maintain Availability Check Rule in transaction code OVZJ

You can maintain either D or E to get pop-up

Hi Abhijeet,

To fix your issue you need to goto Tcode OVZJ and maintain Sales Organization, Distribution Channel and Division in availability check rule.

You can maintain there either E or D and after that you will get the Popup.
