NPV and IRR Calculation in portfolio item

Hi Experts,

I am facing challenge to make the net present value and IRR calculation to work in the standard system. I have the formula to calculate NPV and IRR but it is not working in the standard system.

I am not sure when & how the standard system calculates the value for IRR and ROI. is there a way to calculate the NPV automatically by standard?

I am not looking for custom development to define rules for this calculation. 

Any help would be appreciated.

Financial Claculations like IRR, NPV are autmatic in PPM 6.0

we need to do enhancement for these calculations in PPM 5.0 or lesser versions.

I am using PPM 6.0.

Could you please tell me the detail config for this calculation ?

I have below config.

I have maintain a interest rate and calculated the below financial figures from the financial planning.

Also the below master switch.

I want the system to calculate the NPV, IRR, ROI and Payback Point in Months
