PurchaseOrderERPConfirmation_Out is not getting triggered

Dear Experts,

We are using SSP with classic senario ,SRM 7.0 and ECC 6 EHP 4.

The Interface "PurchaseOrderERPConfirmation_Out" is not getting triggered once the PO is created aganist the SC with source of supply assgined .

Checked the workflow WS53800008 and  Events CL_SE_PUR_PO_WF_OUT CHANGED and CL_SE_PUR_PO_WF_OUT CREATED are active .

Please suggest is any notes are missed or need to be implemented.

1676004 - ECC Purchase Order is not updated in the history of the SRM documents

If these settings are all well done, would you please check the following part?

"please go to the Basic Customizing for SAP Workflow and in

here (transaction SWU3) settings might be missing. Essential here is that if the

RFC connection which is shown is in red. Please perform the initial

settings by the generate button in system, to make sure that all

settings are available to use the Workflow Engine."
