Error in Move-In process in Utilities

Hello All,

I have issue in Move-In process:

Here is the issue:

Create TMD(Select Electricity and Gas) in ISU system.

Perform Move-In for Gas and electricity on current date.

After Perform Move-In,perform move-out of eletricity only on next day(date after current date ).

After performing move-out,again perform move-in for both eletricity and gas after three days (3 days after the move-out date ).

Both electricity and gas are replicated,but getting an error message in transaction ecrmrepl 'Installation locked by UserID'.

Please provide the inputs to resolve the issue.

The error occur only bcoz u left open the screen of releated trasaction, close the  respective screen and try again will resolve your issue.

Hi Anurag,

Same error occur,i have tried by closing the transaction but it will not work.

Error 'Installation Locked by RFC user of ISU System' is displayed in transaction 'ECRMREPL'.

Moreover, for the first time MOVE-IN  for eletricity and gas occurs successfully and MOVE-OUT of electricity occurs successfully this means the screen left opened has no effect.

Only the problem comes  while second time MOVE-IN of both electricity and gas.
