why sxi_cache has disabled cache update button?

I have checked 2 ECC6.0(ABAP+JAVA).

On sxi_cache I see the the message" cache content is obsolete".

However, when trying to update the cache, I find that button

called "refrsh cache delta/complete" disable for both ECC6.

Why?

SXI_CACHE is meant only for the XI Integration Server, not for SAP application systems that have an integration engine. The runtime configuration data (e.g. receiver determination, etc. used for routing) that is cached is only relevant for the Integration Server. ECC has no use for this.

this trancation cant beused in ECC. it is used only in XI.
