Hi to all,

            this is balaji.i am working in sap pi module.my interface is file to idoc.

file in ftp server how see that file using networksharing?

in my system ftp server is not installed?

how to rectify my problem?

help me.

Hi,

you can setup your system as FTP using tools FileZilla...

once done you should be able to access the files from any system using ftp mode in your network...

so similar the sourcesystem should be a FTP server in order for PI to fetch the file

ask the ftp details like host,port username password ,directory and filename from which the PI has to fetch the file and convert to idoc in case you didn't request these details earlier...

Hi,

I dont know what is exactly your problem. If you are in a PI dual stack you can execute the transaction AL11 in the ABAP side to search the path. Also in your file adapter, you can monitor the access in the RWB -> communication channel monitoring to search any connection log.
