Requirements are not fulfilled for condition PR00

Hi Experts,

We want to use Free Goods item category TANN.

Also, we change the PR00 in pricing procedure RVAA01 to 'Not Required'.

But when I create a SO item with free goods item category, the currency cannot be changed from USD to other currency.

And the system info showed up"Requirements are not fulfilled for condition PR00".

What this message mean?

The situation in our company is example 1, which Pricing is not activated for the free goods item category (TANN).

And I've tried and ok.

The original issue of the system message has been solved.

Check in your Item category TANN, what is assigned for Pricing field

It should be B.

Try to change to B and check

Because we do not want the 'discount' in the FI document, we need to change it from B to 'no pricing'.

Hi,

You say you have checked both the scenarios as advocated by Vemuri and Karuna.

The one option still left for you to check is the Incompletion for Item. Pricing is one of the Incompletion indicators for Free Goods. Of course your message shows something different so may be it is barking up the wrong tree. Still nothing wrong in trying. 

Also you might want to revisit the choice of keeping Item Category Pricing Field Blank. It should be B. I remember something vaguely in one of the projects, this causing issues with PR00 if the field was

" NO Pricing " but I could be wrong.

B does not mean discount, this is the pricing for free goods

this has to be entered for TANN so that system will not throw any error

can you try and revert ?

Hi Alice,

You must have assigned a requirement to PR00 condition in pricing procedure for example: requirement 02 - item with pricing or similar

Either remove requirement 02 or use include another price condition without 02 requirement in your pricing procedure.Place it after original PR00 in the sequence of pricing conditions.

Before I did this config in our test environment, I've checked in IDES.

In IDES, the PR00 condition is requirement 02 - item with pricing.
