saprouter service not starting Error5:Access denied

Hi

Hi i have created service using below command

c:\>sc.exe create SAPRouter binPath= "C:\usr\sap\saprouter\saprouter.exe service -r -W 60000 -R C:\usr\sap\saprouter\saprouttab -K p:CN=SAProuterCA, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" start= auto obj= "NTAUTHORITY\LocalService"

service is created when i try to start getting "Access Denied" error.

if confused at any step please write back and we can guide you and this configured and make it working if you have all the required Hardware Enabled already and working.
