We read the links Christian provided last month and we are now ready to appy PTFs for Info Apar Dated 12/18/2013 with 7.1 Technology Refresh 7 and we are wondering if anyone has seen any issue or problems that were reported -
We did experience a performance problem with a view which was corrected with this PTF. our GR55 reports were running over an hour before the PTF was applied and were back to a few seconds again immediately after applying the ptf.
I did make an assumption that you were referring to the "Info APAR II14536 R710 SAP ONLY" notice that came out today which contained the following -
Dear SAP-Customers,
you might see a performance issue with SAP after you've applied SF99701-26 DB-Group which is part of the Update made in II14536 for R710. This is caused by change made for NON-SAP Customers, causing a re-order of Key-Fields of an Index.
There is a PTF out, which solve this problem again. Please install MF57834 and it's Co's and Pre's beside DB-Group Level 26.
