Error in WebDynpro Java

Hi Experts,

I have a SAP Netweaver Portal 7.30 with SP10, but when I access with each android browser (android browser, firefox, chrome, etc...) the message is:

com.sap.tc.useragent.UserAgentServiceException: Syntax Error in number '$4' of User-Agent Number Element ID 'engineVersion'.

Any Idea?

Carlos, I had the same problem a few months ago. Found that java class that identifies the agent's browser also attempts to identify the operating system. And in my case this class that identifies the operating system did not have a statement to the constant operating system. Try to trace his error by the NWA logs and ultimately, as I do: open a OSS requesting the source of the standard package for the constant declaration manually.

Hi,

Can you please check if the browser is compatible in PAM.

If you browser is supported then try to deploy latest patch for AJAX RUNTIME and see if it helps to fix the issue.

the browser is supported and I have the lastest patch for AJAX_RUNTIME but the issue continue...
