Hi everyone,

Can you tell me what can i do to correct an error caused by a energy failure when the SAIN tx was running.

I had the stack imported and the queue was well calculated and was importing in DDIC phase and now i can't restore this step of update and i'm unable to start a new update with stack because when i get the check_requirements phase i receive a message that i have inactive objects. I am running the SAINT update this in background not in dialog.
The message says to go to SE11 and active the objects. (i am unable to do it because they are so many)

When i try to go to SE80 to see the inactive obecjts i receive an error in this print.

What can I do to restore the system before the energy failure or how can i correct this error and the inactive objects to continue to use this system.

Unfortunatly i haven't a backup of this system.

Best Regards,

Leonor Fernandes

Hi Reagan, Hi Khaja,

I cannot make what the note 1882203 says because i am unable to open the tx se80.

The se11 i can run but the list of inactive obects is to big.

Before the energy failure the status of the saint was DDIC_IMPORT phase.

I think some objects, structures, etc. were deleted during this phase and would be recreated if the energy didn't fail.

It is any way to workaround that able to avoid the verification of this objects that were deledted but the system think they are inactive?

In Saint the status -> installation queue is this message that appear:

Phase CHECK_REQUIREMENTS: Explanation of Errors

Inactive runtime objects exist for the following ABAP Dictionary

objects. This represents a system inconsistency and can cause problems

when importing the installation queue. The import is only continued when

there are no inactive runtime objects.

Proceed as follows:

- Open a new mode

- Start transaction SE11 there

- Enter the relevantent object and activate it

- If it is not possible to activate using transaction SE11, contact

  SAP Support using component BC-DWB-DIC-AC

- Repeat the import phase. If no further inconsistencies are found, the

  import is continued.

After this had a huge list of inactive objects but this objects were removed from the system.

Hi

It might that you need to activate all the inactive objects one by one - as your SAINT was abruptly stuck up ..

Another option - Do you have a backup of the system which you can restore

Thanks

Hi,

Some objects didn't exist because saint deleted them.

I don't have a backup because this was initial a project to learnnig.

When we change the project to a real one i forgot to backup the system.

Thank for the reaply.

Hi,

Run se37 and run the function(F8) OCS_RESET_QUEUE and filll the 1st line item with SAINT & the next with X.Leave the 3rd line unchanged then run it.Once you are through then comeout from the Tx and then activate required objects and restart the SAINT/SPAM subsequently.

Hello

Are you getting dumped out when you call Tx SE11 - Environment - Inactive Objects ?

Try to activate the objects one by one.

What is the status in Tx SPAM/SAINT ?

Please provide the screen shot.

1882203 - SPAM : CHECK_INACT_OBJECTS error Inactive Objects
