How to clear the Minus stock from Warehouse ?

I have an issue with the material which is stuck in a warehouse as minus qty and trying to clear the negative stock but not clearing.

Used LT01 to create a TO by moving  SU XXXXXX to XXXXXX but error message:-

“HU XXXXXX has already been assigned to object ZZ XXXXXXXX. No TO possible”

FYI : checked http://scn.sap.com/thread/1860075 but was not very helpful.

Any kind of relavent suggestions are welcome.

Hi All,

It was a quite interesting issue for me and at the same time I have recieved few interesting feedback as well.

However I could resolve this issue.

How?

I rechecked the MMBE for the material stock and found the same qty as in LS26 was in block.

I moved the blocked qty to unrestricted stock and thats all. Now minus stock is no more existing.

Hi Sridhar,

Check that you have no delivery in which a transfer order has been confirmed for the SU by RF scanning causing the negative stock. You will need to find the associated HU and delete so that you are able to create the TO to correct the stock in LT01.

Sridhar,

It is more of Inventory Management  or MM question, where you need help with the stock movement. Please refer to refer to relevant posts.

Also please not you should not just correct stock's posting for the sign change, but i will recommend to check if there are issues before making GR's in the system.
