Scheduling Agreement in SAP Fiori

Hi Experts,

            Is it possible to do the service agreement approval process in SAP Fiori as like PO approval.

Is this application is included in wave2 or how to achive this one.Kindly help me out on this.

Hi Myilraja,

As far now, SAP Standard Fiori App is not available for scheduling agreement.

List of Approval Fiori App :

Approve Purchase Orders

Approve Purchase contracts

Approve Purchase Requisition

you have create your own custom app.

Hi Soumya,

The transaction details are same, only few field labels should be changed, which can be done from UI5.

Try instead of approve purchase contract task id, configuring scheduling agreement standard task id. It should work ideally.

All the texts respective to approve purchase contract should be changed to scheduling agreement.

Hi Myilraja,

We were able to implement Scheduling Agreement approval using standard app "Approve Purchase Contract". Just a minor tricky configuration in scenario definition will help you achieve it and Small label changes of Texts in UI. You need to replace text of "Purchase contract approval" to Scheduling agreement in UI code.

Let me know if this is urgent. I will prepare document for this.

If we are doing some config in decision step in contract means the scheduling agreement app is look like the separate URL only right . Because client need the contract application as  well.

Yes , we have created a separate app. You need to duplicate tile here..and give your service name in the tile config.

We are not configuring decision step. I meant , in scenario definition

Hi Myilraja,

Have you solved your requirement with wave-2 release ? We too also have a same requirement for one our client. Did you doit using the custom app or using any standard application. We have already implemented purchase contracts and it is working fine.

For your info the Business object for Scheduling lines is BUS2013  .

For the Quick reply. We tried using the Approve request for the same already. But We used the Decision step type in the backend. When we tried using the activity step type, it was not recognised by fiori.

   Sorry i dont know the Business Obeject name which was used in workflow.Because this was developed by the client.Still they haven't share the workflow template.We are waiting for that.

      Is it possible to do the custom development for the purchasing schedule agreement in SAP Fiori.(ie)Developing the service in gateway and we can use it in SAP Fiori.

Becasue so far we dont have the purchasing schedule agreement in SAP Fiori.
