How to create Virtual Hostname and Virtual IP for MSCS

Here I have a requirement where i have to install the MSCS environment with oracle ,,As i dont have any microsoft windows consultant present with me ,,,please help me how to create Virtual Hostname and Virtual IP for MSCS..
