Header Condition value getting cleared when make Carry out new pricing

Hi all,

We have a Header Condition (ZICD) in our pricing procedure.

When booking the Sales order we are entering the condition value (ZICD) at header and its coming in Item level also.

While creating billing document through VF01 if we make Item level Update (B---Carry out new pricing) by update button, the ZICD condition getting cleared, ie it is coming as zero value.

Pl. help how to handle this.

Hello,

  this is standard behaviour when using pricing update with rule 'B - Carry out new pricing": manual conditions are deleted. If you don't want this, the correct pricing update rule should be

C   - Copy manual pricing elements and redetermine the others

or

G    Copy pricing elements unchanged and redetermine taxes

Hi

As your Condition type is entered manually in the SO, and you are selecting rule B, system is only redetermining the conditions which are auto populate from pricing procedure.

As suggested by Andrea you should select C or G rule if you have added any manual conditions in the transaction to keep values unchanged of manual conditions.
