Templates in Solution Manager

Hello,

For HR module i have assigned two templates because we want to use TM and Payroll for local rollout and Org Mgmt and Personal adminstration for global rollout. So I just want to ask whether it is ok to assign two templates to one scenario at the same time or there is any other option available to do this.?
