Dear Experts

I have declared an alert rule  (ALERT_TEST & ALERT_TEST1) in Integration directory and activated.

I could see this alert rule as active in my

Configuration and Monitoring Home --> Configuration and Administration --> Alert Rules

ALERT_TEST --- This is for Integration Engine errors -- This errors I need to send for PI team PISupport@companyname.com

ALERT_TEST1 -- This is for Adapter Engine errors -- This errors I need to send for basis team basis@companyname.com

Need to understand the below points:

Where should i define my email-ids.

I want to understand, where should i need to define my email body.

Need to custmize my email body with some

Thanks,

Sai

Hi Muniyappan,

I am getting an error while creating a new consumer in WS navigator.

Getting an error:

Invalid transport binding settingsConnection refused

This consumer is not getting reflected in ID --> AlertRule

Thanks,

Sai

Hi Sai -

Further - The alert consumer should have also have a user account that includes the SAP_XI_ALERT_CONSUMER role to be able to retrieve alerts.

You can assign it to useradmin on Java stack.

Hello,

It seems that u r using CMBA to configure alerts in dual stack system, so refer below blog(it will  show u how to configure DL):

Regarding, customizing alert body, certainly not possible using a standard way. But u can create ur own custom jobs (published a blog on the same so u can refer it - already mentioned above by Hareesh).

Thanks

Hi Sai - Unfortunatley there is no standard way to customize your body but you have alternatives.

Please find below blogs which should help you -
