Hi,

while uploading master agreement by mistake we had given master agreement id(Unique_doc_name) also in the workbook.so whatever we had given as id,system has taken as Master agreement id.That is NOT correct.

Our Master agreement id will be like that PMA-0000020-2014(while uploading system create these ids).

In the picture Master agreement id is "6 path Freight Agreement",but we want to replace by number like PMA-000020-2014.Is it possible?

Can some body throw light on this issue, please ?

Regards.

Hi Jaheer,

Can you tell us how many of these Master Agreements you have already uploaded that have an incorrect ID?  One way to approach this would be to inactivate the Master Agreements that you have already uploaded and then upload again using the numbering that you want to use.  This would probably be the least intrusive and least expensive way of making this change.  There isn't any easy way to change a unique id.  It would be good to know the number of Master Agreements involved.

As a precaution in the future, it's always good to run a test import in your Test environment first to be sure that the configuration is what you expect.  It's a little more work but is useful to avoid these kinds of issues.

Please let us know the number of Master Agreements involved.

Thanks much,

Rosemary
