Single roles not getting imported in BRM (AC SP13)

Folks,

I've setup BRM and i'm trying to do the role import, but it does not work. What is wierd is that the composite roles get pulled during the preview, but not the single roles. Both of them start with Z and i've tried with different combinations, even giving the exact single role name. We're running on GRC SP13.

I've checked the configuration, run the sync jobs a couple of times. I'm trying to avoid the file upload method, since we only have about 11 single roles to load.

Any thoughts?

Hi

You can have a look at SAP Note 1897975 for the Plug-in System.

I had the simlar issue and this Note resolved it.
