Hi expert,

I face the problem that atisticsserver on my HANA is runnning out of memory.

I don't know what is cause .

And I don't know how to solve this problem .

Please tell me what is cause and how to solve this problem.

Hi Kazuki,

Its difficult to give answer to a generic oom error. COuld you provide more details like

What is the HANA Revision your are using

What is the current size of licensed RAM and current memory consumption overall

If you can create a trace or attach statistic server crashdump (from Diagnosis File tab in HANA Administration screen).

Thank you for reply.

Sorry, I didn't provide details.

The HANA Revision is 70.

Effective Allocation limit size is 11,362MB and current used memory size is 9,685MB.

So, statisticsserver is runnning normally now.

But I worry it will be stopped immediately.

statisticsserver service) is no longer required. By replacing the statistics server with internal procedure calls, overall system performance is improved with reduced disk usage, memory usage, and data transfer.

Please go through statistics server changed page no 14 .
