Strange Dynamic bin in 916 "$ 1"

i got this following strange bin in storage type 916 "$  1". Please let me know what is the reason for this strange bin and how to stop it from further transactions .

As highlighted by Jurgen this is not a standard system behavior "It looks like you have inconsistent situation, the delivery was not saved (or failed posting) and other activities related to this delivery where already triggered."

Is it a regular behavior or once off case

what are the process steps involved to create the Transfer order

a dynamic bin in storage type 916 is usually a delivery number.

$ 1 is an internal number, a place holder which is replaced by the correct number when the delivery is finally saved.

It looks like you have inconsistent siutation, the delivery was not saved (or failed posting) and other activities related to this delivery where already triggered.

Are you doing SAP standard processing, or do you use function modules and exits in your process?

I know such problems from texts (you can find many notes if you search for "phantom texts" ), but I haven't seen it for  storage bins yet.
