Hi,
We have scenrio where customer has asked if CHARM can be intergarted to 3rd party tools.
If that is possible could anyone share the information about how to achieve that.
If not then it is possible that the number range that we use in CHARM can be replicated to the same number range used in 3rd party tools.
For ex if in BMC the Rfc is having change no as CHXXXXXXXXXXX , it is possible to have the same number range in solution manager as well.

Number range will set in SNUM (object :CRM_SERVIC) for ChaRM. Please check it.

Thanks for your reply, the question is not about setting up basic number range .
We want to have a setup where we can provide change request number on our own example below.
1. Change request form third party tool - CHXXXYY001 --> First Step.
2. In solution manager we want to use "CHXXXYY001" to log a change so that it becomes easier for our customer to track the change. --> Second Step.
This is something that we want to use at least till we find a way to integrate CHARM with third party change tool.
