Change request management

Hi Experts,

I am now working on CHARM Process.

In this i want to know the 'normal change' process via web gui i.e (Tcode : SM_CRM)

I have gone through the many materials in Internet to start with. but I am not able to get web gui step by step document.

Pls share if you have any related.

Hi Vimal,

From Solman 7.1, ChaRM access through CRM UI interface using ( SM_CRM or CRM_UI t.code)

Looking for 'normal change' process ? means workflow or configuration guide? provide your brief requirement.

Hi Karthik,

the above docs which you've sent is very helpful.

the same now i need for 'Request for change flow' also.

While Approval of Request for change  from Changemanager, it is not happening.

Pls share the document like you sent for Normal Change ( Step by step screens)

All which you sent are very usefull for me.

I have one query.

While Change manager enters into Requests for Change and try to go to the Actions button, In my system Actions button is not in enable condition.

How can I make actions button into enable mode. hope you can help me in this too.

Delete and recreate the ZMCR_ACTIONS action profile in the sppfcadm, also recreate all the condition for ZMCR_ACTIONS.action.

Hi Karthik,

During req for change, once i start entering sold-to-party then the actions tab is getting disabled.
