archived file does not show on archive server

Hi:

We have installed and configured Opentext10 for our ERP6 system.

We archived some IDOC but the expected archive does not show up on Opentext.

There is no error message.

Do you know how to trouble shoot?

Check this SAP note and use the opentext link mentioned under the "Troubleshooting" section.
