CSS for WebDynpro ABAP without Portal

Hello,

this question was already asked in forum. But i have still problems.

I have created themes in portal theme editor and exported it in zip file. Then i imported it in ABAP mime Repository. It doesn't work, i assume forders has different structure and there are no css files in zip.

What must i change in MIME-Repository in order to get it run?

I managed to change layout in WebDynpro with SAP-EP-THEMEROOT for sap_hcb. But sap recomends to use SAP-CSSURL. if i try to point on single css file, it is not working.
