cross selling error

Hi Experts,

I'm getting this error 'Input must be in the format _,___,___,___,__~.__V' while entering the quantity of the cross selling material you can see in below image and please explain me to resolve this issue.

i assumed this is only customized issue where some input has mainatin worng so let me check what confguration has done by you for cross selling
