IDOC segments not showing up in ECC system

I got a strange error. I am having PI -> SAP IDOC scenario (posting inbound idoc to SAP ecc system). The scenario is working perfectly in QA systems. Unfortunately in production system, IDOC does not have all the segments.

My Output payload contains all the segments, but my SAP idoc contains only the E1EDK01 segment (do not have the remaining segment). Anything that I could have missed?

The second go-round worked :-).. Not sure, what was the issue.. sorry for the trouble.

Hi Krish -

Please delete the meta data in IDX2 and reimport again.

Check wheter the segment is released in ECC or not.

Also check if the note 1170918 - IDoc adapter: Missing fields and deleted metadata is applicable to you.

Please refreash the metadata of IDOC and check the IDOC structure in ECC (WE30 and WE31).

Please check all the segments are in released status.

Hi,

One of the reasons might be,

1) Cache issues in PI system.

Ask PI-Core team to do a CPA cache refresh & try.
