Hi Experts,
Iam new to PI. The messages in sxi_monitor are with green flag. I found that queues are not processing meassages automatically. When i unlock the queue then it is processed.
I have tried deregestsaion, Registration and activation in sxmb_adm ---> manage queues .
after registration when i click activation it is giving msg like "Registaion Cancelled".
The status of SMQR is actv.
The status of SMQS is inactv.
Please help me with this, how can i do. Thanq in advance.
Regards,
Santhi
Hi All,
My Problem was resolved. It is just the cache problem.
I have deleted all the queues in SMQR then i refreshed the cache in SXI_CACHE.
Then I registered the queues in sxmb_adm.
Now the queues are not getting stuck. Thanq all who replied.
Regards,
Santhi
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
This is the preferred approach of activating the queues...
Check the queue in which message got stuck is displayed under registered list or not..(SMQR)
if not Ensure that all queues are checked during the registration process...

Hi Santhi,
Please go to transaction SMQR and delet all the queues that were scheduled and on the SXMB_ADM to set MONITOR QRFC_RESTART_ALLOWED to value 1. after that test again.

Hi Harish,
Thanq for the response. I have tried by adding parameter in integration engine configuration. after adding the parameter i have registered in sxmb_adm--> manage queues, again when i click the activation it is giving the same message "registration cancelled".
when i test message it is with "ready" status in smq2.
Is any other way to solve this?
Regards
Santhi
Hi Santhi,
Please unlock the queues in SMQ1 and check the below doc for SMQS issue
