In which SAP CRM tables can we find the details of Functional and technical specification approver, and the approved dates in SOLMAN 7.1 ?

In the ChaRM process, there is a FS validation and TS validation step. I want to know if there is any table which stores the information like who approved the FS/Ts and when .
